People for DePass will comply with all state laws and Ethics Commission regulations regarding contributions.  Individual contributions are limited to $1,000.00.  All Contributions in excess of $100.00 will be reported individually to the Ethics Committee of the State Senate, as required by state law, giving the donor's name and address.  Corporate contributions are acceptable under South Carolina law as are contributions from political action committees.
