South America Travel Delays
There have been some recent changes to the regulations and flights from US to Mexico. This was due to unsafe ratings on a few Mexican's airlines which have been closed down temporarily. US carriers will still remain to fly in and out of Mexico, but will be co-sharing with leading Mexican carriers.
This may affect flights that have already been booked and therefore it is important to clarify this with your agent or airline customer service to get advice on when to travel to South America. A number of flights have been canceled due to this, and it is uncertain whether things will pick up as normal in the future.
This may impact on fare prices, but what is certain is the limited seating that will now be available due to a shortage of planes and the current high demand.
